ET-DLC Overfill & Grounding Monitor
ET-DLC overfill & grounding monitor is an explosion-proof safety device for tanker loading. It monitors overfill and grounding, triggers alarm and interlock for petroleum and chemical loading.
ET-DLC overfill & grounding monitor is a safety skid-mounted column device designed for bottom loading of road tankers. It combines overfill detection and static grounding protection in one single cabinet.
The system connects with the overfill probe inside tanker compartments and static grounding clamp via retractable coiled cable. When liquid level reaches the high limit or the grounding resistance exceeds the safe threshold, the built-in alarm beacon will activate visual and audible warning, and output interlock signal to stop the loading pump or valve.
Full explosion-proof enclosure meets hazardous area requirements for flammable liquids. It adopts a vertical column structure, easy for field installation and maintenance. The spring coiled cable keeps the connector tidy and avoids dragging damage. It supports 8-wire overfill probe communication, compatible with mainstream tanker overfill sensors.
This unit is a mandatory safety accessory for custody transfer loading skids, effectively eliminating overflow leakage and static ignition risks during petroleum, ethanol and other hazardous liquid loading operations.
