ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer) sheets are manufactured from ABS resin through extrusion, hot pressing, or injection molding. As a terpolymer plastic, common modified grades include flame-retardant ABS sheets, antistatic ABS sheets, reinforced ABS sheets (glass fiber-reinforced), and high-gloss ABS sheets, which meet the needs of different scenarios.
It can be understood as a "golden combination":
A (Acrylonitrile): Provides hardness, strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance.
B (Butadiene): Offers toughness, impact resistance, and flexibility.
S (Styrene): Delivers surface gloss, easy processability (especially injection molding), and rigidity.

Home appliance components: Refrigerator liners, washing machine casings, air conditioner air outlets, TV backplanes. The temperature resistance range (-40°C ~ 80°C) adapts to the working environment of home appliances, and processing and molding are convenient.
