• Good Teeth surface status: the status of teeth can be assured through limit MAX feed rate according to different pitch of the sprocket.

  

• Flange Riveting Point Quantity: By controlling the riveting points' length, width, depth and numbers to promises the riveting points strength to prevent the flange from falling off during the operation. The riveting shape is shown below for reference.
