Данная установка представляет собой проходную печь термической обработки непрерывного действия с роликовым подом, оснащенную закалочной ванной и подъемным механизмом. Оборудование предназначено для проведения закалки, отпуска и термического улучшения таких деталей машин, как гладкие валы, детали с плоским основанием (например, опорные катки гусеничных машин), а также кольца подшипников.

●Бесступенчатое регулирование скоростивращения роликов на базе частотного преобразователя, что идеально подходит для непрерывной термообработки различных деталей в серийном и массовом производстве.
●Полная автоматизацияпроцессов загрузки и выгрузки, а также открытия/закрытия заслонок печи, что способствует существенному снижению энергопотребления.
● В качестве нагревательных элементов применяются электрические радиационные трубысъемного типаили газовые радиационные трубы (на природном газе), что обеспечивает удобство и простоту их обслуживания и замены.
●Многозонная система регулирования температурыв печи гарантирует высокую равномерность нагрева и исключительную точность поддержания заданного температурного режима.
●Централизованное управлениевсей линией на базе ПЛК (программируемого логического контроллера) обеспечивает максимальный уровень автоматизации производственного процесса.
