TANTALUM SHELL & TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER
We manufacture variety of tantalum heat exchangers. The heat exchanger
tubesheet is tantalum lined carbon or stainless steel, the channel can be made
by FRP, glasslined or tantalum lined. This type heat exchanger is widely used in
iron & steel, pharmaceutical, chemical industries.
Generally, the tube side material of the heat exchanger is tantalum, for
anti-corrosive fluid, the shell side material is normally carbon steel or
stainless steel, for no corrosive fluid. Some process need acid to acid heat
transform, then we’ll use a glass lined or tantalum lined shell, the
manufacturing technique is much more complicated. We can do clad or loose lined
as your requirement.
Tantalum U tube Heat Exchanger is generally used in double-sided corrosion
resistance environment, sometimes also be used as condenser. The channel can be
made by FRP, glasslined or tantalum lined.
