Процесс начинается с загрузки влажных частиц, полученных на предыдущем этапе производства, на вращающийся центробежный диск. При включении вентилятора и диска частицы подвергаются воздействию комбинации подъемной силы кольцевого воздуха, центробежной силы и силы тяжести, создавая завораживающее круговое движение, похожее на веревку. Это сложное движение приводит к образованию гранул с беспрецедентной истинной сферичностью, устанавливая новый стандарт качества в области обработки поверхностей.
