SIP prefabricated building-Basic model

The SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) structural insulated panel system is an innovative prefabricated building system composed of structural panels and insulation core materials. It has advantages such as rapid construction, energy – saving and environmental protection, and stable structure, and is becoming a new – generation quick – assembly housing solution to replace traditional light – steel structures.

The Jiren fiberglass – reinforced polyurethane prefabricated building is a new – type building system prefabricated in the factory through the pultrusion process, using fiberglass as the reinforcement and polyurethane as the matrix. Its innovation lies in combining the high – strength characteristics of continuous fiberglass with the thermal insulation performance of polyurethane, achieving double breakthroughs in material performance and construction efficiency. Compared with the traditional building model of "on – site wet work, material waste, and long construction period", this system promotes the transformation of building industrialization from "construction on the construction site" to "manufacturing in the factory" through standardized factory production and modular installation.

The material forms mainly include three categories: structural profiles, composite panels, and functional materials. Among them, the pultruded fiberglass – reinforced polyurethane profiles have a linear expansion coefficient similar to that of concrete walls, making them suitable for low – energy – consumption building systems such as passive houses and solving the serious thermal bridge effect problem of traditional metal materials.
